Job Duties

  • Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing such as filing
  • Sending emails
  • Transcribing information
  • Sending faxes
  • Photocopying
  • Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
  • Promote brand awareness both internally and externally
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages like brochures and promotional materials
  • Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
  • Enter, remove, reconcile, and verify sales-related information such as commissions and initiatives using relevant software
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel facilities, service hours, room rates, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and special events
  • Serve as a point of contact with clients via phone and email
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
  • Greet and acknowledge guests per company standards
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest service needs with genuine appreciation
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with others
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately
  • Answer phones using appropriate protocols
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships
  • Support team efforts to achieve common goals
  • Listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns
