Job Duties
- Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing such as filing
- Sending emails
- Transcribing information
- Sending faxes
- Photocopying
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
- Promote brand awareness both internally and externally
- Gather materials and assemble information packages like brochures and promotional materials
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- Enter, remove, reconcile, and verify sales-related information such as commissions and initiatives using relevant software
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel facilities, service hours, room rates, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and special events
- Serve as a point of contact with clients via phone and email
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- Greet and acknowledge guests per company standards
- Anticipate and fulfill guest service needs with genuine appreciation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others
- Prepare and review written documents accurately
- Answer phones using appropriate protocols
