Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program for Fall of 2025 in related engineering or technical discipline
  • Minimum GPA of 2.8 cumulative and 3.0 in major field of study
  • Strong academic record
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in team settings
  • Ability to apply creative and analytical thinking to problem solving
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability & Energy, or related fields
  • Minimum GPA of 2.8 cumulative and 3.0 in major
  • Demonstrated outstanding academic performance
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Work on specific engineering projects under supervision
  • Investigate technical issues in water systems and related infrastructure
  • Collaborate with teams across Fleet Operations, Engineering, Corporate Tech, Maintenance, Operations, and Hydroelectric departments
  • Analyze and develop innovative solutions for equipment maintenance and repair
  • Assist in installation and testing of technical instruments and systems
  • Participate in safety inspections and maintenance analysis
  • Contribute to sustainability and environmental improvement projects
