Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program for Fall of 2025 in related engineering or technical discipline
- Minimum GPA of 2.8 cumulative and 3.0 in major field of study
- Strong academic record
- Willingness to work collaboratively in team settings
- Ability to apply creative and analytical thinking to problem solving
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability & Energy, or related fields
- Minimum GPA of 2.8 cumulative and 3.0 in major
- Demonstrated outstanding academic performance
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Work on specific engineering projects under supervision
- Investigate technical issues in water systems and related infrastructure
- Collaborate with teams across Fleet Operations, Engineering, Corporate Tech, Maintenance, Operations, and Hydroelectric departments
- Analyze and develop innovative solutions for equipment maintenance and repair
- Assist in installation and testing of technical instruments and systems
- Participate in safety inspections and maintenance analysis
- Contribute to sustainability and environmental improvement projects
