Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience working in a retail Sportsbook as a Ticket Writer or Supervisor preferred
- Must have experience delivering a high level of guest service
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to use basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and counting US currency
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to appropriately determine work that needs to be done and ensure completion
- Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members including speaking in front of small groups
- Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds regularly
- Specific vision abilities required including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
- Enforce and adhere to all Title 31 regulations and ensure team compliance
- Keep the Sportsbook Manager informed on operational issues relevant to profitability
- Monitor guests and team members to protect assets
- Manage operational costs focusing on labor and inventory control
- Ensure accountability of cash transactions through proper procedures
- Reconcile ticket writer accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Hold regular meetings with leadership for strategic development
- Motivate, lead, and mentor team members
- Train staff to deliver high-quality customer service
- Manage content on Sportsbook televisions to enhance guest experience
- Address and escalate guest complaints as needed
- Ensure compliance with company and state gaming regulations
- Provide professional and courteous service to guests at all times
- Uphold internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
