Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- three years of progressively responsible, related experience in a venue of similar size
- one year of supervisory experience
- ability to achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days
- office skills including use of standard office equipment and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- ability to work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform required physical tasks including lifting and mobility
- wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- three years of progressively responsible, related experience in a venue of similar size
- an Associate’s degree can substitute for one year of experience
- high volume restaurant operations experience preferred
- one year of supervisory experience
- ability to achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days
- office skills including use of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office
- experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
- ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- professional interaction skills with guests and team members including public speaking ability
- ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform tasks including walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing, sitting, moving freely, lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally
- ability to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Job Duties
- Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring, and training team members
- schedule and motivate team members
- plan, assign, and direct work

- resolve problems
- oversee daily operations of the venue on assigned shift including leading shift meetings, conducting training, delegating tasks, overseeing opening and closing duties, cleaning detail, and money handling
- ensure timely, positive resolution to guest inquiries, issues, and concerns taking proper corrective action as necessary
- manage team member scheduling and venue inventories to meet business demands and attain budgeted goals through effective cost controls
- maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
- maintain complete knowledge of venue service standards for all positions, menu items, beverage selections, specials, promotions, events, and policies
- work at other venues as assigned based on business needs
- ensure full compliance with departmental internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations
- perform other duties as assigned
