Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in kitchen or cleaning operations preferred but not required
- Ability to work physical hours including standing and walking for extended periods
- Capacity to operate in a high-energy environment
- Ability to follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment as needed
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication skills to report issues effectively
Job Qualifications
- Fundamental grasp of sanitation guidelines
- Competence in adhering to safety procedures, particularly in the case of hazardous cleaning agents
- Willing to commit to working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Having a strong commitment to work responsibilities and consistently showing reliability in the workplace
Job Duties
- Sanitize and wash kitchen utensils, silverware, pots, pans, glassware, and dishes
- Oversee the maintenance of the dishwashing station, including the management of three-compartment sinks and dishwashers
- Confirm that the equipment is spotless and operational, communicating any issues to supervisors as necessary
- Perform minor custodial and upkeep tasks when required
- Offer excellent support to clients with a positive and polished attitude
- Follow the established safety guidelines of Aramark, with a specific spotlight on maintaining the standards related to food safety and sanitation
- Preserve and ensure the safety of company resources
