- ability to work a 40-hour workweek

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel or departments
- provide information about postal services, procedures, and schedules
- manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure all materials are organized
- support clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document handling
- coordinate appointments and maintain calendars as needed
