Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl
- must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments
- reliable transportation
- must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively
Job Qualifications
- Management or supervisory experience
- janitor/cleaning experience is a plus
- bilingual (English/Spanish)

Job Duties
- Organize, plan, schedule and execute cleaning operations for post event shift
- decide how staff should be deployed and ensure all equipment is set up prior to staff report time
- ensure all supplies, equipment and labor are available to complete assigned tasks
- check-in staff, complete deployment sheets and assign staff to assure proper coverage of facility
- assign radios, keys and equipment and complete sign in/out sheet
- provide employee training and communicate company/client policies and procedures
- conduct walk-thru inspections of facility throughout length of shift to assure work is completed properly and within budgeted hours
