Job Duties
- Lead cabin safety procedures
- conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
- enforce FAA regulations
- respond to in-flight medical emergencies including first aid, CPR, and AED use
- deliver exceptional customer service across all cabins
- anticipate and fulfill customer needs
- manage flight delays and interpersonal conflicts with empathy
- act as a brand ambassador representing Delta Air Lines
