  • valid passport with ability to travel freely internationally
  • customer service experience preferred
  • must successfully complete all required training
  • ability to work flexible hours and travel frequently
  • strong commitment to safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Lead cabin safety procedures
  • conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
  • enforce FAA regulations
  • respond to in-flight medical emergencies including first aid, CPR, and AED use
  • deliver exceptional customer service across all cabins
  • anticipate and fulfill customer needs
  • manage flight delays and interpersonal conflicts with empathy
  • act as a brand ambassador representing Delta Air Lines
