Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 5 years of industry related sales experience within the distribution, hospitality or supplier community
- Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance in accordance with state laws
- Established successful sales history with the ability to coach and develop staff
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to handle a variety of duties
- Strong leadership, motivation and persuasive communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office products
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Job Duties
- Drive brand success via leadership selling against trade channels and actively supporting the selling efforts of sales reps, district managers, and key account managers
- Monitor field implementation and execution of programs for assigned brands to ensure product pricing and promotion
- Regularly interact with field management for updating programming and brand priorities, brand standards and best practices leading to successful execution in the market
- Provide detailed tracking reports of wholesaler performance against agreed-to supplier objectives
- Develop and enhance strong supplier/distributor relationships
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding brand case and account sold goals as well as gross margin goals
- Function as the liaison between the supplier and the sales force
- Communicate market conditions to the supplier (trend and brand issues)
- Manage supplier inventory
- Manage supplier accounts receivable
- Understand the specific needs and marketing strategies of the key accounts
- Plan special events designed to garner brand awareness among consumers and support supplier sales objectives
- Work flexible hours which include early morning, evenings, and/or weekends
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
