Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- minimum of one year of customer service experience
- ability to work early morning, afternoon, evening, weekends, and holidays
- physically able to assist with luggage
- reliable and punctual
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- adaptable to a dynamic work environment
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- minimum of one year of customer service experience
- previous experience in valet or guest services highly preferred
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests
- transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway
- assist guests with luggage
- retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested
- respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
