Job Duties
- Greet service customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
- safely move vehicles through the service drive, shop, and parking areas
- park, stage, and retrieve vehicles for customers
- support with jump starts, dead-vehicle movement, and fueling as needed
- sweep, mop, and maintain clean shop floors
- empty trash and recycling and wipe down workstations
- clean spills quickly and restock essential shop supplies
- keep waiting areas clean and welcoming
- check and tidy bathrooms
- pick up lot trash and ensure entrances stay clean
- transport vehicles to vendors such as glass, tires, and detail services
- run parts pickups or shuttle customers
- assist advisors with walkarounds and vehicle tagging
- help technicians with basic tasks or vehicle movement
- deep-clean under lifts, behind benches, and shop corners during slow times
- organize tool rooms, supply areas, and technician break rooms
- restock shop and service materials including rags, gloves, key tags, and printer paper
