Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be 21+ years of age
  • valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to perform duties including moving and lifting vehicles
  • willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive or powersports vehicles preferred
  • valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • previous experience in a customer service or automotive/powersports environment preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service department and direct them to service advisor
  • assist service advisors with vehicle check-in and check-out processes including parking vehicles retrieving customer information and updating service records
  • transport vehicles within the dealership premises including moving vehicles to and from service bays parking areas and storage locations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the service department including sweeping floors emptying trash bins and organizing service bays and waiting areas
  • assist service technicians with basic tasks such as retrieving tools and equipment and preparing vehicles for service or delivery
  • perform light maintenance tasks on vehicles such as washing and vacuuming to ensure they are presentable to customers
  • monitor vehicle lot inventory and assist with inventory management tasks such as conducting vehicle counts and updating inventory records
  • assist customers with basic inquiries and provide information about dealership services hours of operation and amenities
  • assist in delivering and or picking up vehicles
  • collaborate with other service department staff to ensure positive and efficient customer experience
  • maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in designated areas as per company policies and procedures
  • all other duties as assigned
