Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly
- Ability to work overnight shifts on Friday and Saturday
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and or training without a diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic general cleaning
- Ability to read and write Standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Job Duties
- Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances and elevator landings in the entire garage
- Empty ash urns daily and trash receptacles at half full or higher
- Sweep all litter and cigarette butts in common landing areas
- Use mop or power washer to eliminate stains from liquid spills
- Wipe all signage and wayfinding material with appropriate cleaning solutions
- Maintain general cleaning of garage including areas around and between vehicles
- Use paint safe solution or power washer to clean pillars and columns
- Empty returned guest key receptacles and return to Towne Park MOD
- Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and provide information about surrounding areas and main attractions
- Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements
