Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to work overnight shifts on Friday and Saturday
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training without a diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of basic general cleaning
- Ability to read and write Standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Cleanliness check each shift of guest entrances and elevator landings, empty ash urns and trash receptacles, and sweep litter and cigarette butts
- Use mop or power washer to remove stains from common areas and wipe signage and pay stations
- Maintain garage cleanliness with mobile garbage can, broom, dustpan, and clean areas around vehicles
- Wipe signage and equipment at vehicle entrances and exits, clean gates and card reading devices
- Empty guest key receptacles and perform power washing as needed at entrances and exits
- Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and parking-related issues including lock-outs, flat tires, battery jumps, and lost vehicle assistance
- Protect guest confidentiality and maintain the security of customer financial and identifying information
