Job Duties
- Assist community members with various needs
- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming common areas
- Perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs and removing debris
- Restock supplies in designated areas
- Ensure entrances and common areas are free of clutter
- Prepare and apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes to surfaces
- Collaborate closely with maintenance teams and other staff members
