Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Ability to use general office equipment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance
- Must comply with all safety requirements
- Required to complete and pass Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days of employment
- Ability to shovel snow, apply ice melt and operate a commercial snow blower
- Passionate for meticulous curb appeal

Job Duties
- Remove trash and other debris from office areas and property perimeter daily
- Assist in the preparation of market ready units
- Pressure wash exterior buildings and sidewalks
- Assist with property emergencies such as snow removal and inclement weather
- Clean available apartments, model homes and common areas
- Address property maintenance concerns related to inclement weather
- Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and curb appeal
- Interact courteously and professionally with residents and potential residents
- Preserve and respect applicant and resident confidentiality
- Foster positive relationships with residents and associated agencies
- Report maintenance and life safety issues promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned
