- previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant timely and accurately
- inventory duties including receiving and rotating stock while monitoring shelf life and code dates
- maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all restaurant equipment
- ensure all equipment is in safe and proper working order
- assist with troubleshooting and repair of minor equipment issues
- support cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- communicate effectively with team members regarding maintenance needs and status
