Job Duties
- Performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, trash pickup, and scrubbing of parking garage floors and surface lots
- making repairs with power tools for signs and metal frames installation
- providing a highly positive and welcoming experience for customers, demonstrating a strong service mentality
- interacting with customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- communicating effectively with both customers and team members
- remaining on your feet for extended periods of time
- operating a company truck safely and efficiently with a valid driver's license
