Job Qualifications
- preferred 1 year of experience in customer service and cleaning
- required ability to verbally communicate clearly in english
Job Duties
- perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, trash pickup, and scrubbing of parking garage floors and surface lots
- experience making repairs with power tools for signs and metal frames installation
- provide a highly positive and welcoming experience for customers, demonstrating a strong service mentality
- interact with customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- communicate effectively with both customers and team members
- remain on your feet for extended periods of time
- operate a company truck safely and efficiently
