Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required
- ability to perform moderate to heavy physical effort for 95% of the workday
- ability to stand and walk long distances up to 8 hours per day
- ability to stoop and work from a kneeling position
- ability to perform repetitive bending, reaching, and stretching
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs independently

- perform major floor care projects
- dispose of trash efficiently
- maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition
- follow specific work duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor
- ensure cleanliness and safety of assigned areas
- support team by communicating maintenance needs
