Job Qualifications

- basic knowledge of light maintenance tasks is a plus
- snow removal and landscaping experience a plus
- comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and equipment
- ability to complete daily assignments with minimal supervision
- strong time management skills and attention to detail
- reliable transportation required

Job Duties
- Complete requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met
- clean and maintain all common areas, including front lobby, hallways, restrooms, elevators, stairways, and parking areas
- maintain floors, vacuum carpets and rugs, wash and wax hard surfaces, and clean tile grout
- wash walls, doors, and windows in shared areas
- replace light bulbs in common area lighting fixtures as needed
- ensure all trash receptacles are emptied and waste is transported to the designated disposal area
- monitor and restock sanitary and cleaning supplies to maintain proper inventory levels
- assist with light maintenance duties such as replacing air filters, minor touch-ups, and basic repairs
- support seasonal upkeep tasks, including snow removal and grounds maintenance
- assist in inventory control of janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies
- maintain a professional appearance and represent the community with a positive and courteous attitude
- perform other related duties as assigned
