Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, porter, or related work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain interior common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, restrooms, and amenity spaces
- Perform routine housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of community amenities including fitness centers, clubrooms, mailrooms, and other shared spaces
- Empty interior and exterior trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Service pet waste stations, including waste removal and restocking supplies
- Conduct daily walks of the property to remove litter and debris around building entrances, sidewalks, and common exterior areas
- Assist with light grounds-related duties such as blowing sidewalks, cleaning entryways, and maintaining curb appeal
