Job Duties
- Prepare vacant units for new residents
- maintain common areas including clubhouse, pool, dog park, compactor, and breezeways
- perform routine cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- manage waste by emptying trash containers and disposing of waste properly
- assist with minor repairs including changing light bulbs and small maintenance tasks
- monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies
- adhere to all health and safety guidelines
