Job Duties

  • Prepare vacant units for new residents
  • maintain common areas including clubhouse, pool, dog park, compactor, and breezeways

  • manage waste by emptying trash containers and disposing of waste properly
  • assist with minor repairs including changing light bulbs and small maintenance tasks
  • monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies
