Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- basic knowledge of sanitation and cleanliness standards preferred
- ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team
- strong interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in facilities or housekeeping preferred
- ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- English fluency preferred
- additional languages a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Consistently support a culture of enlightened hospitality
- display cooperation, sense of urgency, house pride, and an unwavering care for guests through high integrity performance of cleaning and facility maintenance duties
- learn and retain standard operating procedures for all sanitation duties while consistently following a timeline and cleaning project schedule
- partner with kitchen and dining room team to promote teamwork and efficient excellence in station turnover and end of shift breakdown
- perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success
