Job Requirements

  • Diploma of high school or equivalent
  • up to one year of experience in cleaning preferred
  • ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
  • willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds
  • ability to climb up to 40 feet
  • availability to work outdoors throughout various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • up to one year of housekeeping experience preferred
  • ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
  • comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • strong communication skills
  • basic maintenance knowledge
  • dependable and team-oriented

Job Duties

  • Keep the community looking pristine by inspecting the property daily and removing litter
  • weather-ready property care including de-icing walkways and shoveling snow
  • keep all common areas clean
  • assist with light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, caulking, painting, and minor repairs
  • prepare apartments for new residents by removing trash, checking appliances, and replacing smoke detector batteries
  • prioritize safety by following all safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with company policies and laws
  • support special projects to improve the community
