Job Requirements
- Diploma of high school or equivalent
- up to one year of experience in cleaning preferred
- ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
- willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- ability to climb up to 40 feet
- availability to work outdoors throughout various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- up to one year of housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
- comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- strong communication skills
- basic maintenance knowledge
- dependable and team-oriented
Job Duties
- Keep the community looking pristine by inspecting the property daily and removing litter
- weather-ready property care including de-icing walkways and shoveling snow
- keep all common areas clean
- assist with light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, caulking, painting, and minor repairs
- prepare apartments for new residents by removing trash, checking appliances, and replacing smoke detector batteries
- prioritize safety by following all safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with company policies and laws
- support special projects to improve the community
