Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience preferred
- ability to safely lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
- ability to move large appliances using hand truck
- ability to safely use hand and power tools
- ability to climb ladders unassisted
- tolerate exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals and weather conditions
- ability to access all areas of the property including multilevel structures
- physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, climb, kneel and crawl
- specific vision abilities including close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
- possession of government issued state ID or valid driver’s license if required

Job Duties
- practice OSHA standards and company safety policies
- complete hazard assessments before tasks
- water plants and maintain foliage
- mow, trim, fertilize, rake lawns and tend to shrubs and flowers
- paint building exteriors and pick up litter daily
- maintain and clean exterior light fixtures and replace bulbs
- install and maintain fences and gates
- care for pools and assist with emergency maintenance
- perform scheduled maintenance on equipment
- maintain all lawn and cleaning equipment
- pressure wash and clean walkways and breezeways
- participate in emergency standby schedules
- communicate regularly with supervisor
- report unusual circumstances
- maintain professional appearance and wear required uniform
- secure storage areas and maintain adequate lighting
- assist with custodial work
- support team members as needed
