Job Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Ability to work weekends and on-call shifts
- Willingness to travel between properties
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Experience with carpet and upholstery cleaning is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and pursue certification for pay increase
Job Duties
- Preparing apartments for new residents with care and attention
- Keeping community areas like clubhouses, gyms, and lounges sparkling and welcoming
- Handling light maintenance tasks including painting, filter changes, and replacing light bulbs
- Operating cleaning equipment and maintaining supplies
- Reporting and helping address minor repair needs
- Traveling between local properties as needed
- Working a flexible schedule including weekends and on-call rotation
