Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Keep our community sparkling clean by sweeping, cleaning, and removing trash and litter from various areas such as grounds, parking lots, pool areas, and common spaces
- take pride in maintaining apartment units, ensuring they're in top-notch condition for our residents
- dive into apartment turns and upkeep projects with enthusiasm, making each space a welcoming home
- be a jack-of-all-trades, ready to tackle painting and necessary repairs wherever needed throughout the property
- perform all other duties as assigned
