Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Valid Driver's License
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Active Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required
- Previous experience as a porter, groundskeeper, or maintenance support preferred
- Knowledge of basic landscaping and pool maintenance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
- Basic computer or mobile device experience preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel between properties
- Must provide legal documentation showing ability to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Maintain swimming pools in compliance with local and state health regulations
- Test, balance, and document pool chemical levels
- Clean pool surfaces, decks, and surrounding areas to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Inspect pool equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain property grounds, landscaping, walkways, parking areas, and common areas
- Perform daily trash and debris removal throughout the community
- Conduct routine property walks to identify cleanliness or safety issues
- Assist maintenance team with light tasks as needed
- Support seasonal and preventative upkeep efforts
