Job Duties
- ensure the tidy appearance of the property by physically walking the premises
- notify manager of any diseased, dying or dead landscape plantings
- sweep/transfer any loose trash, animal droppings, etc. into a proper receptacle
- clear paths and walkways of loose grass, or clear weeds as they surface
- make sure the lighting around the property is functioning
- repair and replace windows, screens, sliding glass doors, etc.
- perform routine maintenance on the property as requested
- pressure wash sidewalks, driveways and stairwells as needed
- distribute resident communications, i.e. upcoming events, pest control notices, newsletters, etc.
