Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and walking
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- maintaining the buildings
- keeping breezeways free from trash and cobwebs
- sweeping and/or blowing debris
- replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
- walking the property monthly
- pressure washing the buildings
- preparing market ready units
- cleaning all common areas, model units and amenities
- maintaining compactor area to be free from debris
