Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in groundskeeping or related roles
- Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with possible Saturdays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years experience in porter, caretaker, or groundskeeping roles
- Experience in residential multi-family properties preferred
- Light maintenance skills including lock changing, shoveling, salting, trash pickup, bulb replacement, cleaning, and unit turnovers
- Reliable and punctual
- Hospitality-oriented customer service mindset
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
Job Duties
- Inspect the property to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and items from vacant units and clean storage areas
- Complete minor and routine service requests
- Change locks and ensure pool gates comply with safety standards
- Inform supervisors of hazards and safety issues
- Assist in cleaning and turnover of vacant units
- Maintain exterior walks, stairs, and storage areas
- Transport trash to disposal areas
- Replenish bathroom supplies and replace light bulbs
- Sweep and blow debris from breezeways and common areas
- Pressure wash buildings
- Prepare market ready units
- Clean common areas, model units, and amenities
- Maintain compactor area
- Perform other duties as assigned
