Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks including cleaning and maintenance
  • must pass a drug test
  • must pass a background check
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • basic understanding of safety and cleaning protocols

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • prior experience in janitorial or maintenance roles is beneficial but not required

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain hallways, rest rooms, stairways, and other common areas
  • clean and maintain the exterior walkways and sidewalks
  • maintain landscaped areas
  • empty trash receptacles
  • perform other duties as assigned
