Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including cleaning and maintenance
- must pass a drug test
- must pass a background check
- availability to work flexible hours
- basic understanding of safety and cleaning protocols
Job Qualifications
- reliable and dependable work ethic
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- prior experience in janitorial or maintenance roles is beneficial but not required
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain hallways, rest rooms, stairways, and other common areas
- clean and maintain the exterior walkways and sidewalks
- maintain landscaped areas
- empty trash receptacles
- perform other duties as assigned
