Job Duties
- Clean the common areas, leasing office, the models, amenities and vacant apartment homes on a regular basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor
- ensure all vacant apartment homes and model units are freshened regularly to maintain market ready appeal
- assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager or Property Manager
- keep the Service Manager and Property Manager informed of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others
- maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and use them according to instructions on the labels
- assist in other areas as appropriate which may include watering plants, picking up trash, monitoring for pet waste
