Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to communicate effectively with guests
- ability to lift and carry luggage
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to rooms
- open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property
- operate the company vehicle to provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for guests to and from various locations in Austin
- coordinate with the Guest Services team to efficiently manage transportation requests and schedules
- inform guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
- transport guest luggage to and from valet, guest rooms, and/or designated bell area
- assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors
- assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage
- follow all company policies and procedures and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
- perform other duties as assigned
