Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in guest service or hospitality preferred
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- physical ability to handle luggage and perform manual tasks
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- adherence to company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a hotel porter, door attendant, or similar guest service role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to operate a company vehicle safely
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic knowledge of local Austin area and attractions
Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to rooms
- open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the property
- operate the company vehicle to provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for guests to and from various locations in Austin
- coordinate with the Guest Services team to efficiently manage transportation requests and schedules
- inform guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
- transport guest luggage to and from valet, guest rooms, and designated bell area
- assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
- assist guests and visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting with loading and unloading luggage
- follow all company policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
- perform other duties as assigned
