Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate a company vehicle safely
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to rooms
- Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the property
- Operate the company vehicle to provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for guests to and from various locations in Austin
- Coordinate with the Guest Services team to efficiently manage transportation requests and schedules
- Inform guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
- Transport guest luggage to and from valet, guest rooms, and or designated bell area
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
- Assist guests and visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading and unloading luggage
- Follow all company policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
- Perform other duties as assigned
