Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Clear close vision required
  • 18 years or age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to pull, push, and carry
  • Ability to walk for 5 or more hours
  • Ability to sit for 5 or more hours

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of the office including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area including emptying waste, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs
  • Clean customer vehicles both interior and exterior after repairs
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
