Job Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- prior custodial experience preferred
- ability to perform general custodial duties
- ability to handle multiple priorities
- ability to operate machinery, tools and equipment necessary to perform the porter's duties including hand tools, pressure washer, hand blower, etc.
- ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents)
- drug-free workplace

Job Duties
- Work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times
- perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas
- assist in the preparation of market ready units
- light maintenance tasks i.e. changing light bulbs, air filters, clear clogs, etc.
- perform other general janitorial and basic maintenance duties as assigned
