Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- must stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, reach above shoulders, bend climb stairs and or move/pick up items of up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- basic understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures
- ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- ability to proactively identify problems and implement solutions
- willingness to be held accountable and receive feedback
- U.S. work authorization and successful completion of pre-employment background checks and clearances

Job Duties
- Maintaining cleanliness of lobby and other common areas
- sweeping, mopping, scrubbing floors and stairs
- vacuuming floors
- cleaning and dusting furniture and other surfaces
- cleaning and servicing lavatories and break rooms
- cleaning up spills
- performing other custodial duties as assigned
