Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or cleaning preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with maintenance and cleaning
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- reliable transportation
- willingness to adhere to safety protocols

- General maintenance or cleaning experience

Job Duties
- Perform light maintenance tasks including painting minor repairs and basic plumbing tasks
- clean and trash out units
- maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility including sweeping mopping and dusting
- ensure all outdoor areas are kept free of debris including sidewalks parking lots and landscaping
- respond to all maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
- maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times
- keep accurate records of all maintenance activities
