Job Duties
- Perform light maintenance tasks including painting minor repairs and basic plumbing tasks
- Cleaning and trashing-out units
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our facility including sweeping mopping and dusting
- Ensure that all outdoor areas are kept free of debris including sidewalks parking lots and landscaping
- Respond to all maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities
