Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
- able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- must pass background check
- drug-free
- physically capable of performing cleaning and maintenance tasks
- valid identification for employment verification
Job Qualifications
- prior cash handling experience preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- capacity to work well in a team environment
- basic math skills for cash handling
- prior experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment beneficial
Job Duties
- greet customers and provide friendly service
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the travel center
- handle cashier duties including cash and card transactions
- assist with stocking and inventory management
- support team members in delivering excellent customer experience
- follow company policies and safety regulations
- operate video poker casino and bar areas if applicable
