Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of experience as bellman or porter in hospitality sector
- valid driver's license
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle luggage and perform physical tasks
- minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties
- Provide courteous and attentive customer service
- assist guests with their belongings
- offer information and create a positive welcoming experience
- escort residents to their desired location
- move luggage and other belongings as needed
- manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station
- ensure a smooth flow of vehicles and maintain order in designated area
- act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments
- facilitate requests and ensure effective coordination of services
