Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ideally one-year experience as a bellman/porter preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays according to department needs
- Valid driver's license that meets the needs of our insurance carrier
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Provide courteous and attentive customer service assisting guests with their belongings offering information and creating a positive and welcoming experience
- Escorts residents to their desired location moving luggage and other belongings as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles and maintaining order in the designated area
- Act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services
