Job Duties

  • Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the exterior grounds, including walkways, courtyards, parking areas, entrances, and other outdoor spaces
  • Remove litter, debris, and trash from common areas, ensuring proper disposal
  • Maintain and clean outdoor furniture, fixtures, and common areas such as patios, pool decks, and recreational spaces
  • Assist in the upkeep of landscaping, including watering plants, sweeping pathways, and removing weeds or overgrown vegetation
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the maintenance supervisor or property management team promptly
  • Assist with pressure washing sidewalks, driveways, and other exterior surfaces as needed
  • Support the maintenance and engineering team by carrying tools, supplies, and assisting with minor maintenance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of cleaning and maintenance equipment
  • Help set up and break down outdoor areas for community events when needed
  • Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal, leaf blowing, and clearing drains as required
  • Other duties as assigned by management
