Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous groundskeeping experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Ability to work outside in different weather elements
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of safe use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property

Job Duties
- Inspect community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure common areas are neat and free of litter
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before make-ready process and maintain storage areas
- Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned by supervisors
- Change all locks according to property policy and ensure pool gates are functioning and safe
- Distribute notices and communication to residents as needed
- Report any hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
- Provide excellent customer service by respecting residents, answering questions, and responding to maintenance complaints
