Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or general maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of landscaping and groundskeeping equipment and techniques
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Flexibility to travel to different locations as needed
- Ability to work inside and outside in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work on-call and adjust work hours as necessary
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Perform regular landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and watering lawns and plants
- Maintain flower beds and ensure the attractiveness and health of the grounds
- Keep walkways, driveways, parking lots, and exterior areas free of debris
- Assist with snow removal during winter months if applicable
- Maintain and care for landscaping tools and equipment
- Report maintenance concerns and repair needs to the Property Manager
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
- Sweep and clean common areas including entrances, hallways, and recreational spaces
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Assist maintenance staff with various duties to ensure efficient property operations
