- Clean main lobby and offices
- Empty trash cans
- Dust surfaces
- Wipe down door handles and clean glass
- Wipe down front desk shield
- Clean fitness facility and equipment
- Maintain studio equipment and exterior patios
- Pick up trash and empty bins
- Wipe down toilets and restock supplies
- Dust lighting fixtures
- Mop restroom floors
- Clean clubhouse, kitchen, and bar areas
- Sweep floors and dust window seals
- Clean park and pool areas
- Power wash required areas
- Remove pet waste and debris
- Report maintenance needs
- Follow assigned tasks
