Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
  • Ability to physically inspect and maintain community grounds
  • Willingness to comply with safety training and policies
  • Ability to respond to service requests and resident inquiries
  • Capability to handle routine maintenance duties
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to perform minor maintenance tasks
  • Experience in property management or maintenance preferred
  • Knowledge of safety and risk management policies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
  • Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
  • Assist the make-ready specialist during unit turnover
  • Change all locks in accordance with property policy
  • Ensure pool gates comply with codes and safety standards
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
  • Demonstrate customer service skills by interacting respectfully with residents
  • Comply with safety and risk-management policies including attending safety meetings and training
  • Report accidents and incidents promptly
