Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- Ability to physically inspect and maintain community grounds
- Willingness to comply with safety training and policies
- Ability to respond to service requests and resident inquiries
- Capability to handle routine maintenance duties
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications

- Ability to perform minor maintenance tasks
- Experience in property management or maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of safety and risk management policies
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- Assist the make-ready specialist during unit turnover
- Change all locks in accordance with property policy
- Ensure pool gates comply with codes and safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
- Demonstrate customer service skills by interacting respectfully with residents
- Comply with safety and risk-management policies including attending safety meetings and training
- Report accidents and incidents promptly
